Since more than 25 years our company is a synonym for quality and experience in the production of ventilation form parts made of synthetic materials.

Everything has started as an individual manual production in December, 1986 in a small hall in Siegburg. Then quick the patented blow molding procedure was developed to cover the rising inquiry in our ventilation form parts.

The starting signal for the industrial production began with the first injection mould in the 90s; first these form parts were made at partner enterprises.

Over the years the need in ventilation form parts, by the requirement of the industry for materials resistant to chemical and corrosion, become bigger and bigger and therefore we registered also a continuous growth in the enterprise.

In 2009 the decision – to build up our own injection molding production – became reality. 4 modern injection molding machines of the company Engel have been ordered – 3 have been installed in 2009 and the 4. 2010. Due to this investment, today all ventilation form parts delivered by HoKa, are made at the location in Hennef on a surface of 13.665 m ².

Our delivery program includes today the materials PVC; PPs; PP; PP-EL-s; PE and PVDF.

Being aware of the necessity of a high quality standard of our products, the self-implied requirements to be met are set very high. Our maxim ‘High Quality as fast as possible’ is the guiding principle for both workers and employees. In fulfilment of these high standards it was necessary to build up a QM system meeting the specifically valid demands of DIN EN ISO 9001 and of our own company HoKa GmbH. This QM System, which considers the special requirements of the ventilation industry, forms the binding basis for all members of our company.

Our products are manufactured in accordance with the DIN 1946 and therefore meet the demands in the area of ventilation. Taking DIN 24147 as basis for our measure tolerance we can guarantee the compatibility to other corresponding vent pipe manufacturers.

In addition to our extensive variety of standard products and formed parts we are also able to answer special request. Our well-trained and high-skilled workers manufacture all special equipment tools professionally on demand.

Due to high availability and short delivery times up to ‘just-in-time’ deliveries, HoKa saves an own storekeeping for his customers. To correspond always to the demands of our customers, we will make at least more investments in the expansion and further development of our enterprise.
